Pamela Frazier earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1986. While at Florida State, she served as executive editor for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. Crystal Spencer earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and has been practicing law for more than 22 years. Kristina L. Schlieter
Kristina Schlieter joined Lozier, Thames, Frazier, Spencer & Schlieter, P.A. in 2003 and became a partner in 2005. She has 15 years of litigation and jury trial experience and is experienced with Civil Medical Malpractice, Regulatory Law, Criminal Prosecution, Criminal Defense, and Administrative Law.
